Dynamic and inspirational leadership combined with a desire to deliver the highest standards will be the key to your success. You'll also need to keep a keen eye on the numbers to ensure that we deliver against our business targets, and be prepared to take decisive action when necessary.

We are looking to recruit the best and as such are looking for extensive senior management experience in a store with turnover of c. £8 million and control of over 50 employees. This combined with experience in a customer service industry and of managing budgets and being accountable for targets will see you well placed to lead zavvi into our next stage of growth.
