CV's and application details will be assessed against the requirements of the vacancy. Those that are not suitable will be contacted via email and informed of this. Those that are suitable will be contacted either to attend a first stage competency based interview or an assessment centre. Second stage interviews will always be held in a store environment with the relevant Line Manager (either Store Manager of Regional Manager).
For our Head Office Roles
CV's and application details will be assessed against the requirements of the vacancy. Those that are not suitable will be contacted via email and informed of this. Those that are suitable will be contacted either by the Line Manager or Personnel Manager to attend a first stage competency based interview. The second stage will be a further assessment more closely matched to assessing the particular needs of the position (e.g. a business presentation). Where appropriate candidates will be referred to the functional Director for a final interview.
